I’m Brad Kuhn and I put this collection of templates, tips, and tools together to provide others with what I hope are practical, real-world suggestions for developing quality software. I have spent over 14 years delivering software solutions and have built up a tool kit with tools and templates that I frequently utilize.

Background

I currently work in the consulting industry delivering CRM solutions. Prior to that I was a consultant for 11 years with Seilevel, IBM, PwC Consulting, and Cambridge Technology Partners. I have worked predominantly in the telecommunications industry delivering CRM packaged solutions, chiefly Siebel. I am certified in Quality Management from the American Society for Quality and Project Management from the Project Management Institute.

Areas of Expertise

The majority of my experience has been with business analysis, process design, requirements definition, testing/quality assurance, and team/project management, mainly with packaged software.
